A Snowy Morning in Manchester

The photographs below are from my walk into work on Monday morning. The snow had stopped falling for a brief moment and the sunrise was particularly beautiful along Stretford Road.

Out and About in Manchester: I BLEW YOUR Homes Away

The Arch Bar on Stretford Road has been closed down ever since a shooting outside the place last summer. It's notice boards are still up and when I walked past recently, I noticed that someone had scrawled the chalk messages pictured above and below all over them. I'm not sure of the message they're trying to convey though.

Incidently, whilst looking for links I came across this plan to use the bar as an art's space. Sounds like a great idea, hopefully, it'll come to fruition.

Additionally, just as well I took the photograph's when I did as the boards have now been covered up with flyers.
