Manchester Internation Festival - Procession

Sunday, I managed to arrive on Deansgate just before Procession's scheduled kick off. The road was busy but not overly packed and there was no difficulty in finding a good viewing point.

I have to say that I think it went pretty well though there were few folk walking along looking as though they didn't know what they were doing there. I'm disappointed I didn’t get to hear the Adoration of the Chip choir in full song – they hadn’t started up when they went by, though I did hear a few cries “Amen!” from their motley congregations.

Oh, and I got filmed twice. Though I've no idea what for.

Also, the Festival Pavilion was packed when I popped by later that afternoon - The move from Manchester Central to Albert Square seems have been a successful one.
