We popped along to Gauntlet Birds of Prey Eagle and Vulture Park on Sunday for the first of what I'm guessing will be many visits. Situated in Knutsford about a mile away from Tatton Park, the park runs a variety of flying and feeding event everyday, and also offer a number of different experiences, ranging from the 1 hour Owl Experience right through to a 2 day Yorkshire Experience.
We were there for the 2 hour Simply Owls, in which a small group gets to spend time handling and flying a range of owls from all over the world, from the Little Owl to the huge European Eagle Owl. I can confirm that it's fantastic fun and is I highly suggest you go along and experience it yourself.
