I found out recently that one of Rhyl's more notorious landmark's is no more. According to this news report "Rhyl Biggest Receiver of Stolen Goods" has been painted over and is no more. Actually, what it does say is "Rhyl Biggest Receiver of Cut Price Lines. Please Note We Do Not Sell Stolen Goods", so that makes it all okay I guess.
Rhyl's always had it's fair share of interestingly named shops. Here's a couple more which are only a street away from the above but also now no longer exist.
There also The Glory Hole, which is still open as far as I'm aware but I don't have a picture of it.
