I've been doing a fair amount of drawing and painting of late, with this particularly crumbly piece a contribution to Dan Young's 1000 paintings project. Dan, who paints a picture a day and contributed to 365 Days of Cardboard Kid, will on August 19th reach 1000 daily paintings on his blog and he's trying to get 1000 people to contribute a celebratory piece of cake to this flickr group.
