Penguin Island isn't somewhere I'll be hurrying back to. It took two and a half hours to actually set foot on the island due to all manner of problems with the boats (normal journey time: 7 minutes), with the high winds making sure that the waves were washing up onto the jetties for embarking and disembarking. Jetties that were covered in seaweed making them difficult to traverse. The name is also a bit of a misnomer as the major wildlife of the island appeared to be seagulls, who aren't that keen on visitors judging by all the shrieking.
